Welcome to St. Hilary CYO Track & Field!

Grades 3-8 Boys and Girls

REGISTRATION OPENS February 2022

The primary goal of the St. Hilary CYO Track & Field program is to instill a love of track and field as a sport.  The program will encourage team members to achieve this goal by providing each of them the opportunity to improve performance as the season progresses and experience the satisfaction that comes from such improvement.  Practices will be relatively easy early in the season and will gradually increase in difficulty, although at no time will practice be overly difficult and coaches will not push team members beyond levels that are reasonable for grade school kids.  To help team members improve and get the most out of each performance, coaches will also provide instruction on how to develop proper form for sprints, distance and field events.

Practices:  2022 dates coming soon!

Wednesdays and Fridays at the Tam High School track from 5:30-6:30 pm, on the following dates: 3/18, 3/20, 3/25, 3/27, canceled due to school closure, 4/1, 4/3, 4/8, 4/10, 4/15, 4/17, 4/22, 4/24, 4/29, 5/1, 5/6, 5/8, 5/13, 5/15.   Team members should arrive no later than 5:30 pm and go immediately to the stretch and exercise circle near the long jump/pole vault infield.
